Sculptures by Carina Ari

Carina was a versatile artist. She produced a large number of sculptures, among others a bust of Dag Hammarskjöld (located in New York at the entrance to the Dag Hammarskjöld Tower, near the UN headquarters). Other busts are of Serge Lifar, Émile Vuillermoz, D. É. Inghelbrecht and Karl Gerhard.

Isadora Duncan by Grandjouan

Between 1908 and 1912, the French painter Jules Grandjouan produced a series of drawings of the dancer Isadora Duncan as his subject. Carina Ari Library owns the first copy (of 25) of a folder with artworks that was dedicated to Isadora Duncan personally by Grandjouan in 1912.
